2008 Financial Literacy Grants - Applications now open

Applications are now open for the 2008 Commonwealth Bank Foundation Financial Literacy Grants.

Your secondary school can apply for a Commonwealth Bank Foundation Financial Literacy Grant via our online Application e-form.

Be sure to apply before applications close on 17 September, 2008.

For the fifth year in a row, one hundred (100) grants of $3,500 each will be awarded to secondary schools across Australia to help develop the financial literacy skills of students in Years 7 to 12. In total this year, we will have awarded $1.75 million in Commonwealth Bank Foundation Financial Literacy Grants.

The program provides schools with the opportunity to develop student programs that create awareness, skill and understanding in financial literacy.

All Australian secondary schools are eligible to apply for the grants which have been developed in consultation with the Government, Catholic and Independent school sectors.
