Help with Banking 

From young children to older people, we want to help our customers reach their financial goals.  Not only do we provide a range of products and services to help establish good savings habits; we also support community initiatives for various community groups.

School Banking 
We’re helping children learn about the importance of savings through the Commonwealth Bank School Banking Scheme. Regular deposits can be made at participating primary schools around Australia, helping to develop good savings habits at an early age

Banking for Older Persons 
There are fee exemptions as well as community initiatives like the ‘Banking Made Easy for Older Persons Program’ to assist older people in the community bank more conveniently.

Industry Disability Access Plan 
We’ve worked with the Australian Bankers’ Association (ABA) to develop an industry-wide Disability Action Plan to improve access to electronic banking services for older people and people with a disability.  

Financial Hardship 
There are times when your personal circumstances may have changed or you may be experiencing difficulty meeting your monthly financial commitments.  The Bank’s Hardship team may be able to assist you.
