We are Australia’s most accessible bank with more than 1,000 branches, 3,800 agencies, 3,300 ATMS, 180,600 EFTPOS terminals (supported by the Bank) and 10 call centres throughout the country, supplemented by telephone and Internet banking services.
Disability Action Plan
We’ve worked with the Australian Bankers’ Association (ABA) to develop an industry-wide Disability Action Plan to improve access to electronic banking services for older people and people with a disability.
